The staffs were very very helpful and the service was good. The location was absolutely perfect, down to the seafront with easy access to a market and shops. Moreover, it was 2 km from North Shore.

Got an absolutely superb breakfast included. We have booked deluxe double room for 3 nights, everything was lovely, it had a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The hotel's location was stunning and lovely, near several restaurants that may be chosen if one would like to find various atmosphere, and glorious gardens across. Spent our evenings in nearby Mini Golf Club, especially when it was rainy outside.

The location was great and stunning, adjacent to poolside bar/ restaurant, the center of Puerto and the centre of the town where more bars, restaurants and entertainment are available, in a nice area.

The bed was comfortable. I recommend you to eat at Bodeguita Algarrobo, that is set 200 metres away. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Betancourt y Molina bus stop. It was definitely 5 stars for me.
